Lil Anliker is multi-hyphenate creative, 15 year veteran of the entertainment industry and award-winning hair and makeup artist whose work blends technical mastery with a passion for storytelling. She trained at the Toni & Guy Academy and began her career in the wig department at Tony Award–winning South Coast Repertory, where her appreciation for detail, continuity, and character design was shaped.
From high-fashion photoshoots and red carpet events to independent film, commercial, and theatrical productions, Lil has built a diverse portfolio that spans Los Angeles to Peru. She is known for her keen eye, calm set presence, and deep respect for the collaborative process.
Driven by a genuine love for her craft, Lil approaches each project with care, precision, and creativity—always aiming to enhance both the vision and the story being told.
Lil is currently hair and makeup designer for the Eugene Opera.
